Point 6, manufacturers of best socks and baselayers for you and the planet, are happy to welcome renowned polar explorer John Huston to their team of Ambassadors.

A veteran of the first American unsupported expedition to the North Pole, John has completed expeditions to the South Pole, in Greenland, and to Canada’s Ellesmere Island. He began his career as an instructor and sled dog trainer at the Voyageur Outward Bound School in northern Minnesota’s Boundary Waters, where he learned the craft of winter expeditions.

He is also a motivational speaker, safety and logistics consultant, and wilderness guide. John regularly speaks to companies and organizations, sharing his expeditions to discuss overcoming challenges.

John’s involvement with Point6 will focus on product development and testing, for both the outdoor and tactical markets.
