This new program, available in four of the brand’s best-selling styles, features a refined design to deliver optimal performance for bigger bodies.
Key design features of Osprey’s Extended Fit Program include:
- An extended hipbelt that will accommodate up to 70-inch hips and features substantially longer padding to deliver more comfort and effective load transfer
- Extended shoulder straps that ensure the load is transferred evenly
- Longer sternum strap that enhances stability and fit while allowing the user to secure the strap easily without restricting breathing
- Hipbelt pockets that are repositioned as far forward as practical to ensure an easy reach.
The Extended Fit program will be available in Aether/Ariel 65 (backpacking), Volt/Viva 65 (backpacking), Talon 22/Tempest 20 (multi-sport) and Osprey Sportlite 25 (hiking) packs in Spring 2023.
