Richmond, CA, April 6, 2020 – Mountain Hardwear is proud to announce they are welcoming two new sales agencies, Caraway & Co and Eventum Sales, as brand partners. This expansion will serve to bolster Mountain Hardwear’s diverse and knowledgeable field teams, particularly in the outdoor and ski specialty retail channels.

“For the last two years we have been focused on building our product offering while sharpening our distribution to partner with the very best in outdoor and ski specialty retail,” said Mountain Hardwear President, Joe Vernachio. “We are very excited to bring on strategic and professional representation in Caraway & Co and Eventum to help bring these efforts to life in the marketplace.”

Dana Caraway and Terry Imus are based out of Oceanside, CA and Las Vegas, NV respectively, and have been appointed principal sales representatives with Caraway & Co in the west. Caraway & Co has been around for 15 years and will oversee sales and service efforts in California, Nevada and Arizona.

Chip Parker, based out of Mount Pleasant, SC, has been appointed principal sales representative for the southeast territory with his sales agency, Eventum Sales, and will be covering the territory including South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Additionally, Eventum Sales, celebrating their 10th year this month, will lead sales and servicing efforts nationally for technical gear and apparel needs for municipalities, law enforcement and armed forces.

“As we continue to build Mountain Hardwear with the reverence that goes back to its roots, the time is right to enhance our regional coverage to best service the outdoor retailers that have best supported our brand over the years,” said Troy Sicotte, VP of Sales for North America. “Caraway & Co’s proven record of class-leading brand stewardship and Eventum’s experience with technical brands makes them both a perfect fit for us as we aim to build the best field sales team possible. We are thrilled to have these two new agencies as a part of our family.”
