Steamboat Springs, CO, April 15 — Moots, makers of premium, hand-welded titanium bicycles, is proud to announce its latest creation, the Womble titanium trail hardtail. Named for an IMBA Epics ride, the Womble embodies the company’s passion for seeking

The Womble pays homage to Moots’ origins, evolution and endless obsession for crafting the finest titanium bicycles. Moots was an early adopter of the 29-inch wheel platform, on which the Womble is built, but with expanded clearance for modern 2.6-inch trail tires. Moots has also incorporated a more progressive trail geometry for the Womble, giving it the promise to track more confidently than any of its Moots mountain bike predecessors.

The bike also boasts all-new, proprietary double-butted top and down tubes in the largest diameters Moots has ever built. This is done to create the stiffest and strongest front end possible. This gives the frame ample strength to stretch the front center measurement and mate to a 140mm mid-travel fork.

Moots Womble details

Moots is renowned for craftsmanship and clean aesthetic

The Womble is a 1x specific frame and available in two spec options. The first features a wireless SRAM AXS 1×12 groupset with matching wireless AXS dropper seatpost for the cleanest and most advanced mountain bike Moots has yet assembled. The second build showcases Shimano’s ever-reliable XT 8100 1×12 gruppo. Both builds are anchored with the Rock Shox Pike Ultimate 140mm fork with 42mm offset to provide the smoothest, stiffest and best tracking suspension fork for the Womble.

The Womble is for lovers of single-track and adventure. For those who seek something deeper and longer-lasting than the spec trend of the month, or the latest molded contraption. It’s a new bike for old souls. It’s a cult. It’s a Moots.
