Gympass announced the expansion of its offerings with the addition of wellness coaching sessions. The launch comes as recent research conducted by Gympass found that 69 percent of employees have experienced burnout since remote working was mandated.
Data gathered from its recent global survey, Gympass found that nearly 95 percent of respondents said that their wellness routine is important to their productivity at work. Its product expansion gives Gympass a platform to better equip employers meet the wellness needs of its employees.
According to its survey, 77 percent of respondents said that it’s important that their employer provides affordable wellness options.

Through the Gympass platform, wellness coaches work with Gympass members one-on-one to help prioritize areas of their holistic, physical and nutritional health. At no additional cost, coaches provide users with a personalized Wellbeing Plan. Gympass members can book up to two sessions per week.
