Chaco announced it would take to the road again this year with an expanded Fit For Adventure Tour offering on-site repairs for its sandals and custom Z Sandals and Chillos.
“We hear about lifelong memories made in Chacos, and it was great to hear so many of those firsthand on tour last summer,” said Lauren Poole, senior director, marketing, Chaco. “This year, we are thrilled to take this experience to new cities and to meet more of Chaco Nation on the road. We love being a part of the journey, whether that means fixing a beloved pair of sandals or choosing their styles, colors and patterns to customize their pair.”
Customers do not need to make an appointment to repair their worn Chaco sandals; it is a drop-off process. Customers can also create customized Classic Z Sandals or Chillos styles at its design bar. The Tour will also offer exclusive webbing and merchandise. The first leg of the Tour includes the following stops:
- Austin, TX, March 16-27
- Atlanta, GA, April 1-17
- Charlotte, NC, April 21-25
- Tuck Fest, Whitewater Center, April 29-May 1
Chaco will announce details of the second leg of the tour in April, with planned stops in Denver and Telluride. For customers not able to participate in the tour, Chaco will offer digital experiences.
In 2021, Chaco said it repaired over 1,500 pairs of Chaco sandals and created more than 1,200 customer pairs. For more information on the Tour, go here.
