prAna announced that it will open its first retail stores in Boulder,
CO and Santa Clara, CA this fall. In partnership with San
Francisco-based Gensler, a leader in
sustainable environmental design strategies, prAna has developed a
store concept prototype that will share the brand story, engage
consumers and demonstrate the company's commitment to innovation and
sustainability.

“We envision our stores becoming true destinations where members of the
local community can experience and connect with our brand,” said Beaver
Theodosakis, president and founder of prAna. “Our goal is to create
visually dynamic spaces that provide customers with an educational and
interactive retail environment.”

Well-known for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation, diverse
businesses and commitment to sustainable living, Boulder, Colorado is
the “ideal location for prAna's first flagship store,” according to a
company statement. Located at 1147 Pearl Street, a pedestrian-friendly
and vibrant retail area in the historic district of Boulder, the store
will feature approximately 3,200 square feet of selling space and a
2,800 square foot showroom.

prAna is also opening a retail store at the Westfield Valley Fair Mall
in Santa Clara, CA that will feature 2,075 square feet of retail space.
For the past 50 years, Westfield Valley Fair Mall has been the San Jose
area's leading shopping destination.

This summer prAna announced the addition of a premium line of outerwear

prAna's new outerwear design and development team will be based in
