Pradco Outdoor Brand’s Hunting Division made three new hires for its sales division, including Heath Stanford as director of sales, Jimmy Smith as national sales manager and Joshua Liley as e-commerce sales manager.

“We are elated to have Heath, Jimmy and Josh in their new sales leadership roles,” said Brian Malone, vice president and general manager of Pradco Signature Game and Land Management. “Adding these three talented individuals rounds out our strong existing sales arm and puts Pradco Hunting in the best position to service our retail partners.”

The company said that with over 50 years of combined experience in the outdoor industry and a shared passion for hunting and wildlife, Pradco’s new sales team provides unmatched knowledge and resources to aid in the growth and success of the company’s sales efforts and strategies.

Director of Sales, Heath Stanford, joined the company from within the Pradco business. Previously he held a similar position at Texas Hunter Products. Standford has over 20 years of experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industry and oversees sales for Pradco Hunting, including national accounts and managing its sales team.

Pradco’s National Sales Manager, Jimmy Smith, manages regional, distributor, independent, and buying group accounts.

Joshua Liley, e-commerce sales manager, joined Pradco’s Moultrie Mobile and Signature Game and Land Management teams, responsible for setting account strategy and driving execution to meet and exceed sales goals across its e-commerce platforms.
