Primary Arms Government appointed Bob Protheroe as director of government programs and sales. Protheroe reportedly joins the company with an extensive background in sales and marketing and a wealth of experience in revenue generation, strategic planning, organizational development, and solution sales in the tactical equipment, public safety and emergency response markets.
The company said that Protheroe brings over 30 years of experience in the industry, having held key leadership roles at Geissele Automatics, Beretta Defense Technologies, Steiner USA, Avon Protection Systems, Inc., Municipal Emergency Services, Inc., TVI Corporation, and Fisher Scientific.
“His many achievements include securing major contracts with the Department of Defense, U.S. military, and federal law enforcement agencies, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions and unparalleled service to clients,” Primary Arms said in a release.

As the new director of government programs and sales, Protheroe provides expertise in team leadership, customer retention, grants, contracts, revenue generation, sales strategy, business analytics, channel development, negotiations, and client communication.
