Powderhorn appointed Katie Schou as Dealer Services Manager for the label’s North American retail accounts. Formerly the Export Manager and Customer Service Manager for both Life-Link International and Dynafit, Schou brings with her a wide-range of experience from working closely with international distributors to managing national retail accounts. Her new duties at Powderhorn will include enhanced dealer and sales force support, purchase order supervision, and managing Powderhorn’s customer service and retail/B2B websites.

“We’re really excited to have Katie join our quickly growing Powderhorn team,” said Katie Jackson, Marketing Manager for Powderhorn. “She’s going to contribute a lot to our focus on providing top-notch customer service.”

In addition to her sales and customer service expertise, Katie speaks, writes and reads Spanish fluently and holds interest in traveling, outdoor adventure and experiencing other cultures.
