The Pou Sheng International (Holdings) Limited board of directors re-designated Wang Jun, the acting CEO, as CEO effective March 15.
Wang is directly in charge of the Merchandise & Retail Business Unit. He is also a director of various subsidiaries of the company. He joined the Group as a vice president, Brand and Merchandising Management Department in April 2014. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, sales marketing, product branding, and retail operation.
Wang was initially appointed as acting CEO on July 1, 2022.
