Pony International, the world's leading modern fashion performance brand, today announced it will be re-launching the apparel line with the Fall/Winter 2004 collection featuring men's and women's contemporary athletic and lifestyle product. The Pony apparel team will be based at Pony headquarters in Santa Barbara, Calif.

Pony's key apparel categories, like footwear, are divided into three categories: pony.style, pony.move, and pony.archive. Each collection reflects core principles through authentic style, authentic performance, and authentic history, respectively. A fourth category: pony.fundamental will cover all the basic categories such as t-shirts, shorts, socks and bags that can be mixed and matched with the other three categories.

Pony apparel will convey elements of its street heritage and rebellious spirit, while combining both the fashion and sport communities. Pony will also delve into more technical product in Fall/Winter 2004 with high performance product designed for running, boxing, basketball, and cleated sports such as baseball, soccer and American football. A completely separate sales team will handle selling the product in the USA.
