Pacific & Everest Lifestyle Company (PELC), a lifestyle holding group, on Monday announced the acquisition of the Poler Stuff brand assets, marking a signal for Poler’s re-emergence in the global marketplace as early as next month.

To lead the charge, PELC has appointed industry veteran Cape Capener as CEO of Poler Stuff effective immediately. Capener has led multiple global brands across the action sports, footwear and lifestyle spaces including founding the Above the Rim brand and later selling it to Reebok. He has also held key leadership positions at Reebok, Adidas and Supra.

Consumers will see the brand’s re-emergence in December with the re-opening of Poler’s flagship store in Portland, OR and the re-launch of its e-commerce site at www.poler.com. Capener has assembled a team to lead the Poler brand’s charge with a refreshed product strategy and marketing campaign and will continue to grow the team in 2020. Most immediately, Poler will relaunch its robust direct to consumer business, expanding into the U.S. and International wholesale markets by Spring 2021.

With the benefit of the new capital investment by PELC, the brand will bounce back quickly to maintain Poler’s authentic vibe, creative leadership in the Industry and promise to deliver innovative outdoor products to its loyal followers.

Poler, Inc was originally formed and launched in 2012 and quickly grew its business with a playful focus on building accessible “Poler Outdoor Stuff” and spreading “Camp Vibes” without the pretense of overly technical performance outdoor products and gear.
