Effective immediately, Polartec hired Sergi Pérez as its new sales manager for Europe, reporting to Eric Yung, who received a promotion to vice president of Milliken & Company, Polartec’s parent company, and managing director of Polartec.
“The European market is a big focus for the Polartec brand going forward,” Yung said. “Strengthening the European team is instrumental to its success, and we’re confident that Sergi’s strong background in textiles will enable us to maximize its potential. We look forward to working with him”.
Most recently, Pérez was the chief commercial officer at Nextil Group and previously worked as a sales manager at IBQ Fabrics.
