Planet Dog has procured an exclusive license to design, develop and manufacture a complete line of pet products for Life is Good that will be sold through both companies' dealers in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
The new products will be available for purchase beginning in the summer of 2014. In addition to the collaboration, Planet Dog will make ongoing contributions to The Life is Good Kids Foundation through volunteerism and donations.

Life is Good donates 10 percent of its net profits to the Life Is Good Foundation, an accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit that directly funds the Life is good Playmakers program, which provides training and support to childcare professionals who use these tools to ensure that children grow up feeling safe, loved and joyful. Planet Dog, meanwhile, donates 2 percent of every Planet do purcahse to the Planet Dog Foundation oin, which has given away more than $1 million in cash grants and in-kind donations to non-profit organizations across the country that train, place and support dogs working to help people in need.
This is the third partnership in Life is good’s Best-In-Class (BIC) business unit, which is designed to extend the Life is good brand through partners who are the leaders in their existing categories. Life is good announced its first two partnerships, a line of greeting cards and stationery with Hallmark and a line of gourmet coffee with The J.M. Smucker Company, earlier this year.
