Pickleball Kingdom will open its newest franchise member club in the heart of Lexington, KY at The Commons, on Saturday, August 2, 2025.
The facility, just one mile from downtown’s bustling streets, is located at 152 Turner Commons and rests in a mixed-use development that spans 42 acres.
At the heart of The Commons is an entertainment district featuring a 30,000-square-foot performance venue that serves as the centerpiece of Central Kentucky’s live entertainment scene. “The Rail,” as it’s known, is a 1,750-capacity space and is expected to draw over 50,000 visitors annually.
Lexington native and President of Pickleball X, Sheehan Lake, is opening this facility. “We are thrilled to open Kentucky’s largest indoor pickleball facility and plan on it being the hub for pickleball across the Bluegrass.”
