Performance Bicycle, will open a new location in Mayfield Heights, OH in May, 2007. The store will be 8,200 square feet and will be located in at 1509 Golden Gate Plaza. Following Performance Bicycles commitment to green business practices, 100% of the electricity generated by this store will be offset by the companys purchase of renewable wind energy credits.
“Were opening our new store in Mayfield Heights because thousands of our internet & catalog customers in the area asked that we open a store near them and because this is vibrant cycling market,” said Stuart Westland, Performance Bicycles Marketing Director. According to Westland, Performance Bicycle will open three stores in Ohio this year as part of its overall plan to open 100 new stores over the next five years.
