Peregrine Opens New Western Warehouse…

Peregrine Outfitters opened a new warehouse in Ogden, Utah to add to the capabilities of their existing facility in Williston, Vermont. The new western facility is in the Business Development Ogden Industrial Park near several other outdoor industry vendors. Chip Martin, who has 12 years experience managing the Vermont warehouse will manage the Ogden warehouse. All non-warehouse services such as sales and customer service will continue to operate in Vermont.

Because of this, as of March 1st, all customers ordering by 1:00PM their time will have their orders processed and shipped that day. Peregrine will also be offering longer hours for sales and customer service. Phones will be open 9:00AM to 8:00PM EST, Mon.-Fri.

Peregrine Outfitters will be shipping from a new warehouse in Ogden, Utah in addition to their existing facility in Williston, Vermont. The new western facility is in the Business Development Ogden (BDO) Industrial Park near several other outdoor industry vendors. Chip Martin, who has 12 years experience managing the Vermont warehouse will manage the Ogden warehouse. All non-warehouse services such as sales and customer service will continue to operate in Vermont.

“We felt this move is a natural step in our quest to offer expedient, cost effective shipments of books and accessories to our customers across the country” said Bob Olsen, company President. “We want to be able to get ground shipments to most of the country in 1-2 days and 3 days to any other customers in the lower forty-eight states.”

In addition to the new facility, Peregrine will change their order cut-off time from 12:00PM to 1:00PM customer’s time. As of March 1st, all customers ordering by 1:00PM their time will have their orders processed and shipped that day. The third new customer benefit announced is longer hours for sales and customer service. Beginning on February 1st, Peregrine Outfitter’s phones will be open 9:00AM to 8:00PM EST, Monday through Friday.
