Peak Design To Open Store In NYC’s Nolita Neighborhood

Peak Design, the maker of everyday carry solutions, will open its first New York City store on October 28 in Nolita, a niche neighborhood in lower Manhattan.

Timed with the opening, Peak Design will release three limited-run City Edition Backpacks, available in-store only.

Located at 241 Lafayette Street, “it’s the third and by far the biggest, and dopest, retail space we’ve built, joining the ranks of San Francisco and Tokyo stores,” said Peak Design’s Director of Retail, Christine Zona.

To pay homage to the cities where Peak Design stores reside, the company created a limited-edition 30L Travel Backpack with a MultiCam X-Pac Cordura shell featuring a custom interior screen print specific to the city/store.

Peak Design’s Nolita location will have an open invitation for creatives to display their work in the store’s art gallery, The Wall, at 241.
