Patagonia Ballard in Seattle, WA, has closed. The location opened in 2017 as the brand’s Patagonia Workwear and Patagonia Provision’s flagship location.

The store, at 5443 Ballard Avenue, NW closed on April 17.

“We’re sad to announce that Patagonia Ballard has closed its doors,” Patagonia wrote in a letter to customers attained by Myballard.com. “After four wonderful years on Ballard Avenue, the store had its last day on Saturday. On behalf of the crew there, a huge thank you to everyone who has ever come by for an event, a purchase, a repair, or even just a chat. We’ll miss being a part of the Ballard community and will always be grateful for the memories we made in that space.”

The store mostly sold Patagonia’s Workwear clothing line, its traditional products and Patagonia Provisions. Before the pandemic, the Ballard Patagonia store held regular events, including forums on local environmental issues and clean-ups.

Patagonia has one other traditional Patagonia store in the city at 2100 1st Avenue in downtown Seattle.
