KMD Brands, Ltd., the parent of Oboz, Rip Curl and Kathmandu, appointed Carla Webb-Sear as chief financial officer. She will join the company’s executive team the first week of August and report to the CEO and Managing Director of KMD Brands, Brent Scrimshaw.
Webb-Sear joins the company from Qantas, where she served as chief financial and strategy officer of its Loyalty Division. She brings over two decades of financial expertise across consumer, media and technology sectors, including stints at ViacomCBS, Enero Group and Fairfax.

Webb-Sear will relocate from Sydney, Australia, and be based at the Group’s global headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.
