Palmer Snowboards continues to make additions to its sales force with Nick Gotelaere taking on the Rocky Mountain region, and Maximus James territory expanding to cover all of California.
“I have had working relationships with both Maximus and Nick for many years and I am excited to see their relationship with Palmer continue to grow,” said Kevin Addy, Palmer Snowboards vice president of sales and marketing. “Maximus took over So Cal with gusto and I look forward to seeing him attack the northern part of California with the same enthusiasm. Nick is a great sales person and brings to the company an extremely high level of board knowledge and passion, which can only be described as infectious.”
Recently holding the assistant manager position for Littleton-based, Colorado Ski and Golf, Gotelaere has an astute knowledge of the snowboarding market. Gotelaere has more than six years of experience in the snowboard sales arena, regularly raising profit margins and landing in the top sales positions for his respective employers. Aside from shrewd sales abilities, Nick brings a keen eye for merchandising and is a certified snowboard technician.
“Through my years on the sales floor I have always found Palmer Snowboards to have that perfect balance of solid construction coupled with smart technology, making for a super fun ride on the snow,” said Gotelaere. “I back what Palmer has done for snowboarding and I am stoked on the opportunity to bring more Palmer boards to the Colorado market.”
While Maximus James was just recently named the Southern California rep for Palmer Snowboards, he felt that it wasnt enough to do just half the state – he wanted it all. Now covering both the Southern and Northern California territories, Maximus will have a handle on all of the Palmer business from the Mexicali to San Francisco. Already an established rep in the Southern California zone, Maximus will be sure to make fast impression in the North.
“Like I have said before, I am excited to be a part of the Palmer sales team,” said Maximus. “I have been working with Palmer in the Southern California territory for over two years and cant wait to get business rolling up in Nor Cal.”
