Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. announced that Jim Oien has joined the company as Vice President of Planning and Allocation and Linda Eddy has re-joined the firm as Vice President Real Estate.
Oien will report to Timothy M. Harmon, the company’s President and Chief Merchandising Officer and Eddy will report to Shelley Smith, Sr. Vice President of Real Estate.
Oien joins PacSun from Limited Brands Inc., where he was employed for more than 18 years, 13 of which were at the Vice President level, and was most recently employed as Vice President, Distribution Planning with Limited Logistics Services.
While at Limited Brands, Oien also served during various periods as Vice President of Planning and Allocation for the following Limited Brands divisions: Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret Fragrance and Victoria’s Secret Beauty.
Prior to Limited Brands, Oien was employed at the manager level for two public accounting firms, Alexander Grant and Co. as well as Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. Oien is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill.

Eddy rejoins PacSun from Limited Brands, where she was employed for 2 1/2 years as Regional Vice President of Real Estate. Prior to Limited Brands, Eddy served as a Regional Director, Leasing for Pacific Sunwear. Eddy has more than 20 years of extensive and varied experience in real estate including positions at Denny’s, Taco Bell, Payless Shoes, Rouse Corp., and Chelsea Corp.
