Pacific Outdoor Equipment has hired John Campbell as U.S. Sales Director. Campbell will be joining the Bozeman, Montana based company immediately and will work directly with Pacific Outdoors sales reps and dealers.
Campbell comes to Pacific Outdoor with 17 years in the outdoor industry, with experience ranging from manufacturing and product design to independent sales representation. Most recently Campbell was the North American Market Manager for New Zealand based Macpac. Campbell is also an avid outdoor enthusiast who actively pursues ice, snow, dirt and asphalt.
“We have been highly focused on developing innovative products, and adding a Sales Director to our team will truly round out and elevate our ability to support our dealers,” said Pacific Outdoors General Manager, Greg Garrigues. “Were thrilled to have Johns enthusiasm and experience on board and look forward to continuing the growth of Pacific Outdoor in the marketplace with his help.”
Returning to Bozeman is a homecoming of sorts for Campbell, who spent eight years in southwest Montana starting at Dana Design back in 1990.”I feel lucky to be back in Montana working with a group of dedicated outdoor professionals thats on the forefront of innovation in the industry,” said Campbell. “Its exciting to be a part of a company that believes that forward-thinking design and conservation can work hand in hand.”
John and his wife Bevin have made the major move from Christchurch to Bozeman and are settling in with their twins, Stella and Arlo.
