P.volve hired Karina Kogan as a strategic advisor, promoted Antonietta Vicario to chief training officer and hired Katie Rosholt as senior vice president of marketing. P.volve said the leadership appointments come following the brand’s Q4 2022 record holiday sales and the opening of its first franchise studio.
Kogan most recently was the chief marketing officer at Oura. Before that, she was the senior vice president and global head of product marketing for Peloton, overseeing go-to-market strategy and positioning for Peloton’s connected fitness and digital products, media buying and planning, lifecycle marketing, and marketing analytics. At P.volve, she will lead brand strategy, go-to-market planning and growth.
Since joining P.volve in November 2019, Vicario has expanded class offerings and developed content with trainers and P.volve’s clinical advisory board. She also created a teacher training program to expand P.volve’s corporate, franchise and digital footprint across business verticals. Vicario was formerly the director of global training at Physique 57, where she developed a training program for the company to open five studios in New York and expand into five countries, educating over 100 trainers worldwide.
Rosholt joins P.volve from Vital Proteins where she worked as the vice president of global marketing across more than 20 markets, along with global celebrity partnerships and agency relationships. At P.volve, she will spearhead the brand’s marketing organization, prioritize brand campaigns, influencers, and social media.
