Emerald Expositions announced that preliminary numbers indicate attendance at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market 2014 last month increased an estimated 7 percent compared with 2013. The number of store fronts represented at the show increased nearly 11 percent, while the number of retail buyers increased 4 percent. The number of International buyers increased 14 percent.



“The show was great!” said Tom Williamson VP of sales and marketing for Aventura Clothing. “Traffic was steady and qualified buyers were probably better than they’ve been even on the last day when it can be a bit of a hodgepodge, I know show management is trying to bring in qualified buyers which we really appreciate.”
