For the past 15 years, Carr has taken the lessons from 30 years as a professional street performer into corporations and organizations all over the world. His creative insights have consistently generated new possibilities for releasing natural energy, building connections, and enhancing engagement. He teaches how to continue the flow of that energy long into the future, to help grow people and companies.

Topics Include:
• How the power of language can transform any culture or company
• Techniques street performers use to generate great energy and commitment from their audiences
• Simple ideas on how to use breakdowns, challenges and change as fuel for inspiration and even joy
• How the best performers in the world turn an ordinary show into extraordinarily original experiences
• How the best street performers get the most money when they “pass the hat” at the end of their performance.

“Street performers produce great performances, even in the midst of hurly-burly commotion, making this a perfect tale for our times,” commented Ann Obenchain, OIA vice president of member services and marketing. “Ontend Creative Partners bring a unique and optimistic perspective on sales and service, and will present new tools to deal with the challenging events we are all experiencing in our businesses and our lives.”

Carr Hagerman – Chief Creative Officer, Ontend Creative Partners
Rather than follow the path of the MBA into the corporate world, Carr Hagerman took his talent to the streets – literally. Over 30 years ago he began his career as a professional street performer when he created a gritty, smart, irreverent, and irresistible character called The Rat Catcher for a festival in Minnesota. The Rat Catcher’s innate ability to release the Natural Energy in his audiences made him an instant hit and attracted corporate America. For 15 years Carr has been a business speaker, film producer, writer and leadership consultant, translating his streetwise wisdom into insightful, provocative, and humorous live performances that energize audiences and leave them filled with instantly usable ideas.

Mick Lunzer – Chief Inspiration Officer and Professional Street Performer, Ontend Creative Partners

At an early age, when juggling became his passion, Mick Lunzer made the vital connection between play and productivity. The perfection of his art has been the driving force throughout his life pushing him to win a World Juggling Championship and become an innovator in the art of yo-yo play. Mick truly understands how to translate his work and passion into a successful and satisfying career. Gordy Boudreau – Corporate Poet and Professional Street Performer, Ontend Creative Partners.
For nearly 20 years, Gordy Boudreau has engaged audiences with his unique and spirited street routines. As “Scratch The Beggar,” he combined a quick-witted delivery with an openness towards the unscripted to create memorable performances. As the fictional poet Arthur Greenleaf Holmes, Gordy fused inspired imagery with comedic flourishes to compose offbeat verse that delighted his audience[s]?. Today, Gordy brings those gifts of imagination and collaborative energy to reach a new audience. A student of language (he holds a degree in English and Philosophy), Gordy possesses the ability to distinguish connections between seemingly disparate spheres of thought. He gracefully applies stories and metaphors from such varied sources as art, literature, performing, and his own childhood to construct a thought-bridge to the world of business. A featured performer in the “Top Performer” film, Gordy uses his streetwise talents and sideways thinking to conduct engaging presentations and thought-provoking facilitated discussions. Gordy also offers his services as a corporate poet, fashioning your message into meaningful, rousing-and very funny-poetry.
