Over 30 years ago he began his career as a professional street performer when he created a gritty, smart, irreverent, and irresistible character called The Rat Catcher for a festival in Minnesota. The Rat Catchers innate ability to release the Natural Energy in his audiences made him an instant hit and attracted corporate America. For 15 years Carr has been a business speaker, film producer, writer and leadership consultant, translating his streetwise wisdom into insightful, provocative, and humorous live performances that energize audiences and leave them filled with instantly usable ideas.
