Otis Technology has implemented key promotions and new hires within its sales, marketing and operations team to achieve its strategic long-term goals.

On the Sales and Marketing team, the company promoted Kenda Campbell to VP of Commercial Sales. Campbell has eight years of service with the company. Heather Pleskach was promoted to VP of Marketing. She has worked for the company for 16 years and will continue to drive marketing and new product strategy.

In keeping with Otis’ commitment of innovation, the company welcomed Samantha Harter as its new product manager. Harter brings a wealth of firearms knowledge that will be key in her role. Over his four years working for the company, Jared Sturtevant has driven brand awareness through influencers, social media, paid media, and video content. In his new role as brand marketing manager, Sturtevant will also be responsible for leading Otis’ public relations efforts.

On the Operations team, Sean Fox was promoted to production supervisor. Fox previously held the role of area specialist, leading the assembly team in its production goals while ensuring operational quality, processes and policies. Fox has been employed at Otis for 12 years and will oversee the production team in his new role. Shelley Lallier, previously production supervisor, was promoted to production training supervisor, responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing training programs for the various production departments. Lallier has worked for Otis Technology for 21 years.

Otis Technology manufactures gun cleaning systems and accessories. The U.S. Military uses the company’s Breech-to-Muzzle gun care system.
