Osprey Packs has been named an official partner of the National Park Foundation to celebrate the National Park Service during its centennial year.

As an official partner, Osprey has pledged a minimum $25,000 donation through the sale of exclusive packs to aid in the National Park Foundation’s mission to protect more than 84 million acres of national parks through critical conservation and preservation. In addition, Osprey will supply the National Park Foundation with Jet 12 kids daypacks and Moki kids hydration packs for use in their Open OutDoors for Kids program focused on underserved youth and getting kids outdoors.

“Osprey is honored to work in partnership with the National Park Foundation during this centennial year and raise money to protect America’s special places, connect people to parks, and inspire the next generation of park stewards,” said Sam Mix, Manager of Corporate Outreach at Osprey Packs. “We are thrilled to be part of this celebration and hope the ‘Find Your Park/Encuentra Tu Parque’ movement inspires national park enthusiasts and stewards for generations to come.”

Osprey will release two packs to benefit the National Park Foundation in March 2016. The special edition Osprey National Park Foundation Kestrel 32 packs will be available exclusively at REI and the National Park Foundation Trip 20 will be available at select specialty retailers across the country.
