Orthofeet announced a new sales and operations management team, comprised of hires and internal promotions.  The team represents the first internal changes since the new executive leadership was established last July.

Joining Orthofeet will be Charles Liberge as vice president, business development and Cyndee Fitzsimmons, director of sales.  Additionally, Mike Saccente is promoted to director, NJ operations and Paul Barattiero, C. Ped., is appointed to VP, sales training and development.

Well regarded as a footwear industry leader, Charles Liberge comes to Orthofeet with extensive experience in all aspects of developing and managing growth oriented organizations, including success at Stride Rite, Earth Brand Footwear, KangaROOS and Klas Shoes.  In his new role, Liberge will oversee strategy and execution over a number of business initiatives that have high growth potential and require highly focused resources.

Cyndee Fitzsimmons joins the company from P.W. Minor where she was director, sales.  Her responsibilities will include the development and management of corporate sales plans, including inside sales management and forecasting.

Mike Saccente is a 20-year Orthofeet veteran, having worked in multiple Operations positions within the company.  Mr. Saccente will continue to oversee customer service and will now be responsible for warehousing and transportation.

Paul Barattiero has been with Orthofeet for 4 years and will now be responsible for training and development of the company's staff and representatives, external education programs, research and tradeshows.
