OrderMyGear announced that Matt Kaplan has been promoted to SVP of revenue. In this newly created role, Kaplan will oversee the acquisition of new business, manage the success of the more than 2,500 OrderMyGear clients, continue to build relationships with industry partners, and implement operational efficiencies.

As he will be accountable for all touchpoints of the client experience, Kaplan will oversee the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success Teams within OrderMyGear. He will report directly to CEO, Dave Dutch.

Kaplan brings over 17 years of experience, management, and growth in the sporting goods industry. He began his career at Under Armour in 2002, one of it’s original employees, managing product lines across multiple business units including Global Licensees, Hunt & Fish, Military & Tactical, and played an integral role in the brand’s initial launch in to the European market in 2006. In 2012 Kaplan became the Director of Team Sports at Under Armour focused on authenticity and cementing the brands status on-field at all levels throughout the US.

Kaplan joined OrderMyGear as head of enterprise sale in May 2018 and was promoted to VP of customer success in January 2019.
