OrderMyGear promoted Adam Gainey to VP of revenue operations. The company said Gainey would play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that improve client acquisition, growth and satisfaction by using streamlined processes, technology and data across the revenue organization.
“Adam’s promotion directly supports our mission to empower promotional product distributors, apparel decorators and team dealers to serve more groups with branded merchandise, all while reducing the time to launch and fulfill stores,” said Leonid Rozkin CEO of OMG. “He will be instrumental in helping us scale up our revenue systems, processes, strategies, and enterprise client engagement so we can continue to provide a higher level of service and thought leadership to our clients.”
In his new role, Gainey oversees OMG’s revenue operations, taking a cross-functional approach to align and optimize sales, marketing and client success teams.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role during such an exciting time of growth for our industry, business and clients,” said Gainey. “I look forward to continuing to work with the best team in the business, helping our clients achieve their goals and grow their business through online stores.”
Since joining OMG 2020, Gainey reportedly has been instrumental in building out and scaling the company’s finance, operations and business development functions within the OrderMyGear business. Before joining the company, he worked in global finance and operations at Sabre, a global travel technology corporation.
