The Outdoor Industries Womens Coalition will host an educational luncheon and panel discussion at the Winter Outdoor Retailer Trade Show entitled Make your Mark: Top Leadership Skills Crucial for Business Success. The event, co-sponsored by Outdoor Retailer, will be held on Thursday, January 24th, from 12-1pm at the Salt Lake City Downtown Marriott, Brighton Salon G-I.
Attendees will have the opportunity to garner key business tips from some of the industrys most successful and experienced women. The high-profile panelists include Kristin Carpenter, Founder of Verde PR, Bobbie Parisi, V.P. of Marketing at Keen Footwear, Julia Day, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Leisure Trends Group, Diane Foster, Director of Customer Loyalty and Retention at Backcountry.com, and Roanne Miller, V.P. of Sales for Marmot.
The discussion, lead by Isis founder, Carolyn Cooke, will focus on how women can leverage leadership skills to drive business and achieve greater success. These tips will be applicable in all aspects of business, whether you are employed by a manufacturer, retailer, or service provider, or running your own business. Insights provided at this luncheon will improve business acumen and empower attendees to take their career to the next level.
