OIWC reminds those in the bike industry that they have until end of day Monday, June 30 to nominate candidates for its Pioneering Woman and First Ascent Awards for the Bike Industry. Those who know an inspirational woman who is paving the way for other women, or an up-and-coming leader who shows strong potential of being an industry influencer are urged to nominate them at OIWC’s website.

Recognizing that women leaders and a diversified workforce are good for business, one of OIWC’s goals is to create visible role models for current and future leaders in the Bike Industry. The Pioneering Woman and First Ascent Awards honor two individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and celebrate the visible impact of the advancement of women both inside and outside the companies where they work. Great leaders propel our companies and our industry forward. This is your opportunity to recognize those women who are making a difference!
