Oboz Footwear has hired Lauren Colalillo as VP of Sales. She joins the company with over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industries.
“The minute I met Lauren, I knew she was the one to drive our sales strategy,” said Oboz President Amy Beck. “Her love for hiking, infectious energy and keen business sense were immediately evident and will help us build on our global strategy and inspire more people to love hiking and love Oboz.”
As VP of Sales, Colalillo oversees all brand sales and reports directly to Beck. Her team includes Regional Sales Managers Joel Conybear and Christian Schumacher and Sales Operations led by Director Steve Lowry.
Colalillo also oversees all international sales.
Colalillo began her career at Wilson Sporting Goods before moving into more outdoor-focused sales roles. She has worked for Arc’teryx, Salomon, Coleman, and Marmot. Most recently, she was a senior sales director at Revelyst, working across its brand portfolio, which includes Simms, Bushnell, Primos, and Camp Chef.
