Oboz Footwear retained Powers Pedersen Sales Group and High Plains Outdoor Group for sales representation in the Great Lakes and South Central regions, respectively.
“We have had strong growth and increased brand interest over the past year, and these two groups will help us to continue that momentum and strengthen our presence in these important territories,” said Oboz Director of Sales, Julie Ham.
Founded in 1998, Powers Pedersen Sales Group is led by Sam Powers and Jen Pedersen, who, with their team, represent outdoor brands, including Smartwool, Cotopaxi and Fjallraven. Based in Harbor Springs, MI, with offices in Detroit, Chicago and Minneapolis, PPSG will represent Oboz in Eastern Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.
High Plains Outdoor Group, based in Edmond, OK, with a showroom in Austin, TX, was founded in 2017 by Rob Morales and Allen Bishop. Oboz will join the outdoor brands they represent, including MSR, Chaco and Smartwool. High Plains will represent Oboz in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
High Plains and Powers Pedersen Sales Group join Vision Merchandising, completing Oboz’s representation in the central third of the U.S.
