Roswell Brayton, Sr., former chairman of the board of Woolrich and father of current company chairman and CEO Roswell Brayton, Jr., passed away at his home on November 29. He was 88 years old. The senior Brayton joined Woolrich in 1953 and become a director in the company in 1958. He rose through the ranks to become president of the company in 1968, a post he held through 1985. He remained COB until 1996.
Mr. Brayton is survived by his son and two daughters, as well as 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
