Bobby Patrick, 72, head rep of the Bobby Patrick & Associates agency since 1977, passed away after suffering a heart attack on September 8 while on the road in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Patrick had been a recipient of the Sporting Goods Agents Association (SGAA) Lifetime Sales Achievement Award in 2002. He started in the sporting industry in the 60s, from coaching, to retailer, to independent agent, and made many, many friends along the way.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 44 years Kay, mother Pauline, a sister, two daughters and son Allen, who presently runs the Patrick agency, as well as nine grandkids, three great grandchildren & various respective in-laws.
Memorials may be made to a scholarship fund set up in Bobby Patricks name at Texas Tech University and tributes to the family can be sent to the agencys address at P.O. Box 9147, Wichita Falls, TX 76308.
