Sport Obermeyer hired Linda Gerdenich as the new Public Relations Coordinator. Prior to joining Obermeyer, Gerdenich was the Director of Community Relations and Communications for the City of Aspen.

According to Klaus Obermeyer, Founder of Sport Obermeyer, “We are thrilled to have Linda’s charisma infuse our Aspen office. I believe Linda is quite savvy and will be a wonderful ambassador for us on and off the mountain.”

For Gerdenich, joining Obermeyer feels like coming home. “I grew up in a family business, so I'm delighted to be working for a company that has a similar type of business philosophy focused on building relationships,” said Gerdenich.

Gerdenich holds an undergraduate and Masters degree from Butler University in Indianapolis. She has been a skiing ambassador for Aspen Skiing Company for eight years and was selected to be a torchbearer for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
