The specialty hydration company is branching from its active focus. Nuun and Company unveiled its new line of vitamin tablets for everyday health, which will supplement its preexisting lines that are made specifically for pre or post-exercise.
“Our society is in a critical state with preventable chronic diseases at an all time high,” said Kevin Rutherford, president and CEO, Nuun.
The new effervescent, self-dissolving tablet will be made with vitamins and minerals that the overall population is most commonly deficient in, plus an optimal balance of electrolytes for everyday activity.
“Given the research and development of our Active line, we have optimized water’s ability to hydrate and transport nutrients into the body,” said Vishal Patel, chief nutritionist for Nuun. “With Vitamins we learned our complete electrolyte profile with the correct vitamin blend could have a synergistic improvement on immune function and healthy hydration.”
