The National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA) Board of Directors has elected a new Director At-Large, Terry Hennessey, President of PEI Source For Sports, Charlottestown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Hennessey, who was Chairman for Sports Distributors of Canada, Ltd. in 2004, succeeds Randy Hooper, President of Sports Distributors of Canada, Ltd., Burlington, Ontario, who served on the NSGA Board for nine years. Hennesseys three-year term begins June 1.
“We are grateful to Randy for his long and dedicated service to NSGA and the sporting goods industry,” said NSGA President & CEO Jim Faltinek. “He was a very effective director and was active in all Association activities.”
The election of Hennessey completes the NSGA Board at 11 members.
