The NRF Foundation elected four new members to its Board of Directors during its winter board meeting in New York City, ahead of the NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show and the NRF Foundation Honors.
The new Board members are:
- Monica Davila, SVP of human resources, Gap, Inc. Brands
- Michael Keinath, VP and chief talent officer, Dick’s Sporting Goods
- Martin Scaglione, chief mission officer, Goodwill Industries International
- Justin Smith, SVP of talent acquisition, Burlington Stores
“We are honored to welcome this impressive and accomplished group of leaders to the NRF Foundation Board of Directors,” NRF Foundation Executive Director Adam Lukoskie said. “Their valuable insights, expertise and passion will accelerate the NRF Foundation’s work to attract and prepare the next generation of retail talent.”
The NRF Foundation Board of Directors is chaired by Tony Spring, president and CEO-elect of Macy’s, Inc.
