Nordstrom, Inc., headquartered in Seattle, WA, announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack store in Longmont, CO, in Fall 2025.

Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, said, “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Colorado market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience,” adding that the store’s location would offer online order pickup from Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, which allows for easy returns.

The Rack store will occupy a 28,000-square-foot space in the Harvest Junction Shopping Center, which includes Marshall’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, Ross Dress for Less, and other notable retailers. Harvest Junction is owned and managed by an affiliate of Pine Tree.

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Nordstrom Rack to Harvest Junction’s strong lineup of retailers,” said Michael Slusky, EVP and director of Leasing for Pine Tree. “The addition of Nordstrom Rack will offer the Longmont community high-quality items at a great value, further enhancing the shopping center’s offerings and cementing its place as an essential retail destination.”

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc. and plays a key role in the company’s “Closer to You” strategy, which focuses on delivering customers a more convenient and interconnected retail experience across its stores and digital platforms.

This new store will expand Nordstrom’s physical footprint and economic impact in Colorado, where it operates two Nordstrom stores and eight Nordstrom Rack stores, generating over 1,400 jobs in the state.
