Nordstrom, Inc. announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Nashua, NH, in spring 2025. Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, said, “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the New England market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.

Lionello continued in a media release, “Customers will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and they can make returns easily.”

Nordstrom will open the 30,000-square-foot store in Royal Ridge Center, a shopping center that includes Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, HomeGoods, PetSmart, The Paper Store, and other retailers. Royal Ridge Center is leased and managed by Wilder, a Boston-based retail real estate company.

“We are excited to collaborate closely with the Nordstrom Rack team to ensure a highly successful opening here in Nashua,” said Paige Quigley, SVP of asset management, Wilder. “We believe that Nordstrom Rack will attract more visitors to our center and offer guests access to high-quality brands at affordable prices.”

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc. and has a major role in Nordstrom’s Closer to You strategy, which focuses on delivering customers a more convenient and interconnected shopping experience across its in-store and digital platforms.

This new store location will expand Nordstrom’s physical footprint and economic impact in New Hampshire.
