Nordstrom, Inc. reported it plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Apple Valley, MN, in spring 2025. Cushman & Wakefield will manage the 30,000-square-foot store in the Fischer Marketplace, a popular shopping center.
“We look forward to being a part of the Apple Valley community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Minneapolis market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”
With this new storefront, Nordstrom will expand its physical footprint and economic impact in Minnesota. The company operates two Nordstrom stores and four Nordstrom Rack stores in Minnesota, generating over 750 jobs statewide.
