Nordstrom, Inc. reported plans to open two stores in fall 2023—a Nordstrom Rack in Natomas, CA, and a Rack store in San Antonio, TX.
The 26,000-square-foot store in Natomas will be located in the Promenade at Sacramento Gateway, a shopping center that includes Target, Ulta and BevMo. It is owned by Fairbourne Properties, LLC and managed by Fairbourne Properties, LLC and CBRE. With the addition of this new location, Nordstrom will operate 61 Nordstrom Rack stores, 23 Nordstrom stores, five Nordstrom Locals, and one ASOS/Nordstrom in California.
The Nordstrom Rack Natomas, CA will open in fall 2023.
The 35,000-square-foot store in San Antonio, TX will be located in Northwoods, a shopping center with other retailers, including Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, and Ulta.
Northwoods is owned by the CIM Group and is located in the Southeast corner of US Hwy 281 North and Loop 1604. With the addition of this new location, Nordstrom will operate 21 Nordstrom Rack stores and 8 Nordstrom stores in Texas. The store will open in fall 2023.
