Nordica USA has officially opened for business in its new corporate
headquarters in West Lebanon NH. Commemorating the new building,
Nordica held its first national sales meeting in the new facility
August 21-23.

“It feels great to have all our services under one roof!” exclaimed CEO
Andy Knittle. “Holding our sales meeting at the new office was a great
way to kick off the new season,” added Knittle “the reps are charged up
and ready to hit the road.”

Previously operating out of a facility designed for temporary use, the
Nordica brand now has its sales and marketing team, customer service,
warranty, and its primary warehouse and distribution center all
together.

“It’s extremely beneficial to all be working in the same building,”
explained Knittle “the efficiencies of a virtual world are nice but the
ability to talk face to face with customer service and then walk down
stairs to the distribution center and make sure that a shipment goes
out on time is a reality based benefit that our customers are already
benefiting from.”
