Fila USA CEO Tom O'Riordan has appointed Fila USA Vice President – Controller Sharon Noland to Chief Financial Officer. In her new role, Mrs. Noland will assume responsibility for all financial areas including Tax, Financial Planning and Reporting, Credit, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Accounting.

As CFO of Fila USA, Ms. Noland will also oversee Fila Canada and Fila Mexico Financial Reporting and will assume the role of CFO of Enyce.

Mrs. Noland, 46, started her career at Fila in 1993 as a Manager – Cost Accounting. In 1996, she was promoted to Director – Cost Accounting and assumed responsibilities for Customs and Accounts Payable. Noland assumed the role of Vice President – Controller in 1998. An industry
veteran, she has over 24 years' accounting experience.


Prior to Fila, Sharon Noland was the Corporate Controller at Baltimore Spice. She also held positions at Mash's Hams, Inc. and J.H. Filbert, Inc.

“It is natural that she moves into this new role as she was instrumental in the reorganization of Fila USA and central to the financial planning of Sport Brands International who recently completed the purchase of Fila
and all of its subsidiaries.”

Born and raised in Maryland, Ms. Noland graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, she received her masters degree from the Merrick School of
Business at the University of Baltimore. She currently resides in Maryland with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Mrs. Noland enjoys sports and watching her children play football and softball. She will continue to work out of Fila USA's headquarters in Sparks, Maryland.
