Nikwax N.A. saw a Canadian sales increase of 18% during the first half of 2006 over the same period of 2005 and a 22% increase in the United States market for the first two quarters. Nikwax aftercare waterproofing products have continued to face increasing competition in recent years; however management has been able to steadily increase sales.

Part of the sales increase has been attributed to programs and initiatives focusing on educating consumers with POP displays featuring interactive video and a new branding initiative in consumer magazines. The company is also expanding upon its environmentally friendly heritage and continues to produce all of its products in the most eco-safe manner possible. Nikwax is the only environmentally safe after-care product line in existence today.
